Introduction
Gadi Services was established by Matt White, a proud Kamilaroi man in 2022. Matt’s vision is to support all organisations across government, not for profit and corporate sectors to establish workplaces that are culturally safe and respectful to First Nations communities across New South Wales. Holding over 20 years experience in relationship and stakeholder management, Matt prides himself on understanding that a one size fits all approach does not work and works alongside organisations and individuals to design tailored solutions that foster inclusive workplaces by promoting cultural awareness.
